The groundbreaking for the new Hispanic Church in Stillmore was held Nov. 19 on the corner of Hwy. 57 South and Cypress Ave. The building measures 30 by 80 feet and was completed last month. The project is a mission sponsored by Emanuel Missionary Baptist Association.
Funds to make this project possible were made by local Baptist churches, the Georgia Baptist Convention, and by individuals in the Emanuel County area. Ariel Rodriguez is pastor of Hispanic Church.
