RICHMOND, Va. (BP) — A newly identified team of missionaries from the will focus on helping leaders of overseas church plants build solid theological foundations.
Four International Mission Board missionaries will serve as full-time area theological education consultants for the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Europe, building relationships with overseas seminaries and Bible schools and developing programs for leadership training.
Included on the team is Calvin Morris, a native of Smyrna who graduated from Georgia Tech before earning his Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Seminary. He served in the Americas since 1988 and will be the theological education consultant for the Americas on the team.
