Georgia Baptists can be proud of how their Health Care Ministry Foundation is bringing spiritual and physical healing to the unchurched throughout the state, Foundation CEO Frank Upchurch told Executive Committee members. The Foundation is partnering with churches and associations in an innovative Baptist Health Initiative to provide grants to bring improved health care to communities as part of the redemptive ministries of local congregations.
